Could be translation error, maybe it's hos cousin, meaning his father's sister, or maybe it'll be explained in the future as a story of why the sister is not involved. Since the kid is calling YuYang big brother it could be possible they're misusing terms or just a translation error. Could be a family friend and Lihuan calls her sister etc etc... Let's wait and see how it plays out

i think the reason why she is calling YuYang big brother is due to Asian culture. Asian usually use their own language that translate into "Big brother" or "Big sister" unlike the Western culture that usually use their own name. Since it is a manhua, the Chinese word could be "Gege" which means older brother. Another example is the use of "Hyung", "Oppa, or 'Oniisan". I could probably be wrong so feel free to correct me fellas! :) anyway I'm half-Chinese, in case anyone think I'm being smartypants :(

No you're right about that! Big brother is a slang, but I still think it's just a mistake and lihuan doesn't have a sister, could be translation, or something along the way. The kid also calls him uncle, which means its not his sister. I just don't think there's need to say the author made a mistake and "thought we wouldn't notice?" when it's probable mistake with the translation, or something like that. I'm sire if it is actually hos siter there will be future explanation, but im highly positive that it's just an error and it's his cousin.

From the original, Lihuan never mentioned that it's his sister's kids, instead he introduces her as his niece so could be a translation error
