It all started with an email from a Lezhin employee suggesting to put a certain author (or two) whose name I forgot on a blacklist because that person wanted to improve the work environment for the authors.
The author went public with it and that's when the trouble started. He/she only had that email so of course the company claimed that he/she just wanted to throw shit at Lezhin and the email was just a joke*. The fired him/her and I think another author, removed their series and sued them (not sure what came out of it. I haven't heard anything about it in a while). That's when a lot of other Lezhin authors started protesting. Many of them were friends with the authors in question but they were also disappointed because working for Lezhin wasn't what they were hoping for. Some discontinued their webtoons on Lezhin because of the blacklist incident.
At first it was looking like they would actually manage to change something but the protest turned into quite the mess pretty quickly.
Authors were complaining about problems that were already solved, claiming to be blacklisted for no apparent reason, complaining about problems that made no sense and at the end they managed to spread so much (unintentionally) misleading information (mainly due to bad translations) that people used it as an excuse to pirate the webtoons.
After issuing a statement or two and a few physical protests in front of the Lezhin building, the protest from the authors pretty much died without changing much (issues like the late fee were already solved by the time the protests really took off).
Anyways, because so many authors left Lezhin and took their webtoons with them when the license expired, they now have to find a new place to publish their work.
In the case of All about Lust, that's good for us because I think I remember that she wanted to release more but the publisher wasn't interested.

I was talking about Aji who wrote Vengeance (finished) and On a Leash which is the series they discontinued because of the scandal. They might not be a typical yuri author (the themes are rather dark without being horror and the characters don't look overly sexualized or cute) but their webtoons are what got me back into reading yuri (other than Their Story) after almost giving up on the entire genre.
Gunjou is another yuri story I always recommend simply because so many people skipped it based on the cover. It's also not very fluffy (it starts with the abusive husband being murdered) but definitely worth the read.
If you want something romantic, Maison de Maid is pretty good (finished and fully uploaded here, it only says ongoing because the epilogue is missing but you can read it for free on Lezhin).
