He had black hair, he was the bratty one from a different country. Idk. He was pretty vocal about hating her country or something. They didn't really like each other. He wasn't in the story for that long tbh.

I forgot what celebration in the palace it was, but he appeared on the same occasion as Ahin if I'm not mistaken. If you remember a kid that Ria fed a lot of snacks (chocolates and stuff), that was the kid black-haired Havel.

Yup yup! Since he's the illegitimate son of Praezia's late emperor, then he is the half brother of the princess who made Ria cry when she was a baby when that princess took Ria and held her in her arms and Ria cried and Caitel heard her.. then that Princess was ordered to be killed by Caitel. It's on the earlier chapter since Ria was only months old then I think.
Thought so, I only remembered 2 kids (Ahin and Havel) aside from the twins and Nanny's son (who by the way grew up to be quite good looking, yummy ლ(´ڡ`ლ) ) HA+
