The story is probably not bad but to be honest, I'm disappointed... All that "he saved me but I forgot I suddenly love him to death" thing was sooooo random, like thrown at our faces like here you go, the young ikemen is a good boy. I don't like it. On the other hand, Shiomi was (handsome) protective, (handsome) clumsy but (handsome) attentive, (handsome) and only had good intentions towards Saeki. He was a way better match than the traumatized forgetful manipulative evil boy... But well it's just my opinion.
