more like indefinite hiatus. There was a disagreement with the publishing platform so the webtoon went on hiatus but it isn't complete in the sense that the author hasn't told the whole story, it stopped absruptly but possibly permanently

I’m so glad that the author is back but every time I read this I think about Rood from Black Haze. Seeing how the author started a new WEBTOON instead of continuing Black Haze, I’m afraid that Black Haze may never be finished T^T
