When someone abused and mistreated u the best revenge is to show them that ur okay ,fine ,happy and can stand on ur own without them. If he really wanted to move on from what had happened he really needed to see yohan in another light and to show him he has moved on ,he knows that yohan loves him that's why he faced him bc yohan has changed and so did he .
As to why he broke up with his boyfriend he needed to do that to heal mentally having someone that ur not sure if they're gonna stand by u today and the next they're no where to be found is extremely hurtful and can fuck u up, so he needed learn to love himself and not wait for anyone to come and pick him up even if he's hurt ; that's why he's stronger now .
