
Well, the way I see it is that the Earl hates Mana so he was toying with Allen. The Earl May have also wanted to see if Mana could be destroyed after being brought back as an Akuma (not sure if the Earl seriously believes he and Mana are separate or if he was doing a kind of expirement to see if he could separate the Mana part from himself and kill it off).

there are starting to be way to much people or personalitys being in one body for me to keep up what the heck is happening just who knows how many split personalitys there really are i mean in this story are so many people that seem like they shouldnt be exicting and are looking like someone else that at the end of the story i am 100 % sure that i would never be able to imagine a story like that so great work mangaka for being able to make us go insane while trying to figure the story out or see ahead :D
Someone please explain to me about when the Earl pushed Allen to resurect Mana in the grave scene??
