IMO i think it’s the ex who was running away afraid of being hated by Jeongwoo and saying excuses like I’m busy or I’ll call you later stuff like that but Jeongwoo was always calling him and trying to meet him to keep the relationship since he love him but the ex was still running away.... just saying
