I think your comment is weirder than the angry comments. IDK, do you have something against people giving criticism? Like, the kind that gets mad when people give negative feedback about your work and be like "IF YA DONT LIKE IT DONT READ IT STOP HURTING MY FEELINGS!!!"
It would be great if the commentary was really like this. Just plain criticism. But anyone who has spent time browsing the majority of this site and yaoi in general knows that stories like these are the norm, not the exception. Complaining about it here won't change the recurring themes that authors will use, but instead discourage translation and scan groups from taking up projects on their own initiative.
