I for got this happened too, but at the time i thought it would someone from a school, pavilion, or special city she would meet later since those always happen in theses stories.

I'm rereading this and I forgot this part happened, the guy who spied on her while she was bathing (after her first encounter with her husband in the woods when she saved him), it looks 100% like him except with different eye color and since it was never addressed again, I assumed it was him but wasn't he still recuperating after the attempt assassination at that time ? Did he have enough time and energy to go back to the mountain just to spy on her ? After all, he left his man to protect her and he was shown in the next chapter talking to another guy in his mansion.
