No worry, Korea economy is like one of the best in the world and so as their living standard but they're very still conservative pretty much like China. Mostly middle age to old people. The young generation there is more understanding thought, at least I hope so since there are like a lot of BLs manga creator in Korea so that's what I think.
Yea I was thinking that too bc of how many korean BL’s that are made, someone is bound to notice the LGBT presence there. I find it interesting tho how more progressive the newer japanese yaoi’s are, like they feature a lot more of the whole gay bar scene and the idea of “queens” and I read one recently where the seme was pretty feminine presenting and wore a skirt once (but was masc in the bedroom lol) so it’s definitely an interesting topic
