You do have a point. I think they should have shown what happened when Hwagok woke up as a vampire, their exodus to the U.S and how they settled in, got married and a few growth changes for Hwa. I do see the repetition in art, but like @kunxaesth said, it's more the style of art. That's where the similarities lie. I would have loved to get used to Hwa first, before he grew to be 23 with a potential love interest.
I do love the art, it's gorgeous but I can't help but feel like I'm seeing the same face everywhere. I know it's the artstyle but still(^^'')
Besides, I was hoping season 2 would be about them as a married couple, like you said about Hwa's growth, the aftermath of HwaGok becoming a vampire etc. Honestly, they could've done much more with all the elements they had. Much more than making Hwa be an adult so soon.

I'm with you. I've kinda low key wanted to stop reading this story Since the pregnancy and announcement. I feel like everything in this story has been SUPER rushed. It went from oh this is a fling to I love you let's have a baby in 2 short chapters.
And then the only thing the author really spends their time building up and it's like *pop* here's a baby isn't he cute! *pop* here he is at 20 something...frustrating
Ikr ? What do you want ? Some people just want the sex and good looks lol. It was good and interesting at first. Now that you've mentioned it, we never really know how Libin's feelings suddenly developed from a fling like you said, to full-on dramatic romance. In the early beginnings of the story, there was a visible progres. After that, boom. The rest till the end of the season was bland for me. Very likely I won't make it to season 2. Checked the 1st chapter just to get a feel of it, that's all.
Ya I just started this yesterday and peaked in on season 2 but I'm marking this a read and moving on *sigh*
Too bad that we gotta move on but where's the fun in reading smtg that no longer stimulates you, right ? smh

Exactly! And none of the mangaka's books are complete, so it'should frustrating. Tale of the Yellow Dragon looks really good so far, very interesting plot.
The story should've stopped with them getting married and going to the US. (Wanted to see the wedding).
I know I'm not the only one who thinks the art is too repetitive? I mean they all look alike. More precisely the men. Leebin, HwaGok, his bestie. They all have the same face and just different hairstyles. They couldve made an effort to make them look different. Hwa is too similar to his dad lols. Artist-nim pls. It's ridiculous
And the main couple was my only focus. They didn't need to make another story for the son as well. At least they could've made a different webtoon separate from this one.
That cute cuddly chubby baby is either gonna be taking it up the ass or giving it. Either way, not excited about that one bit. All that anticipation with the pregnancy, the birth of the baby etc.. Only to have him be 23 and about to bang a guy already. Not feeling it.
