Well, people are willing to do stuff for the one they love and since he truly loves him, even if he can't ever date him, he feels that having sex with him and seeing him everyday is enough for him. That's why he feels like he's in heaven. Because he loves him.

Heaven is being locked up in a windowless room, made to have sex even if its hurting, having your requests ignored in favor of what your sex partner says will really make you happy because "HE knows best". Sure.
The MC is mistaking comfort as great. But eventually all that is boring. Does he do anything else? He can't even use the internet. Does he get a TV? It seems rather boring and lonely.
I'd say its like being locked in a Gilded Cage. It's eventually a hell.
I think the MC will get stockholm syndrome eventually. That seems to be his "owner's" goal. He wants to make his canary obey and won't let him go until he signs away his freedom.
The writer is really, really trying to push that the MC is just so chill that he takes all this like "..." It makes no sense.
Just the sheer hours of boredom would make most miserable. And humans need sunlight!
