I highly doubt it.. Paulo inevitably raped our poor Uke and went on to try and manipulate the people who actually like him, to try and decive them so he get him alone. I know it's hard cuz Paulo is so "hot", but Gabrial obviouly isn't into this guy. Paulo is a ruthless, thousand year old vampire who could care less about Gabriel's feelings. I have no doubt that he will attempt to turn him into a vampire and trap in in eternal darkness... TvT!! I don't ship, AT ALL!
