They update these chapters because they are part of the volume written buy the author. The authors often have one or two extras that don't include the main couple or even the same atmosphere.

I love these kind of stories and especially this one. But I don't know what the two recent updates have to do with the main story. Because it's just about two completely different people without any connection to the main story/ characters.
Why do they update these chapters?
