This actually bothers me. A lot of times mangakas go out of their way to include male pregnancy only to avoid the actual pregnancy part of it. It's always "I'm pregnant!" and then "I gave birth.", the middle part is almost always skipped. My poor little heart yearns for those unseen moments of domesticated bliss.
