That's true, their relationship is long. But for me (and a lot of others) uke gave drunk consent ONLY for rough, not for practice BDSM and was DRUNK. No sane Master will consider this the next day as proper consent. And the morning after, they didn't have proper discussions about rules, limits etc.
Uke was curious, but how can seme act on drunk consent while uke is still drunk and they met the same evening? It was a risk - he couldn't know if in the morning uke would get a panic attack, for example. If they had been in a relationship at the time, I wouldn't say anything. But the scene was just after uke woke up (probably with a hangover). I'm missing proper discussion just because seme doesn't know what medical condition uke has (high pressure, sick heart ...).
Uke was drunk when seme immobilized him. Every sane Master who I met said, it's not okay to play when one party (D/s) is under alcohol/drugs. Especially if it's someone you just met.
I like the S&M genre but here the level was extreme, I couldn't concentrate on the story because the pain wooahhh looked pretty much scary. As long as the Uke is happy it's okay because the Seme is really violent using too many sexual toys looks like he can't enjoy normal sex
