Aww! But I think there might be a potential relationship between the 1st prince and MC! I think only the king needs to bear the consequences of the actions of the royal family. There might be peace between both worlds when the prince becomes the king, especially if the MC likes him back....

Umm, it wasn't the prince who caused it though. It happens many centuries ago! Although I believe that the spirits have been too nice to them despite their actions but that has nothing to do with the current generation! The current King is still an asshole (even though he probably knows the details about the curse) so he can bear the consequences of the curse and drop dead. But the Prince who wants to be friendly with spirits and bring peace kinda brings back hope to the kingdom. If our MC realises his ambitions and brings some character development for him then he might eventually bring both worlds together. It that happens, there is a strong possibility that they might become a couple. (Especially since the author drew them in a romantic, fated encounter type scene)
