Pobably "Pain suisse"
is it that a kind of bread dough like brioche that is kinda soft or is it actual a type of bread?
I don't really know how to explain it, but french people call it "bread", it's shape is rectangle, it has bits of chocolate in it and it's field with cream, to show you properly I'll leave you a link.
