The omega lied about his condition and even do he had his "heat" he let the dude enter his house and then act about liking sex and put himself in danger. So here everyone is at fault
I do agree that the Omega should have turned him away, but the pairing without the omegas permission is unacceptable. Then he has the nerve to lie and say he loves the Omega. Love is putting the other person before yourself
