Everytime the mangaka throws stuff like this at us that promises progress for Ren and Kyoko, they're thrown in an arc where they have their character development or they get projects or Fuwa Sho is added in the story again.

I know they're necessary to the story but it's been years aaaa >< Might have to go back next year same month for the "confession" to happen
