I think what set Seungho off in the latest was when Na-Kyum (if I understand correctly) said something along the lines of "It can't be you!"

Seungho's ego can't handle being rejected by a peasant of all people. As far as he sees things, it's a privilege to get to sleep with him. He can't handle Na-Kyum's rejection.

I don't think he actually raped Na-kyum in this scene. I think the author made it look like he did with Na-Kyum being left naked with only his jacket on him. I think Seungho wanted to do that, but it'll turn out in the next chapter that he stopped short of that.

From his expression in the bath, he does seem to be showing some regret (still doesn't justify slamming Na-Kyum's face in the floor).

Seungho has gotten mostly everything he wanted. The author seems to be setting up that Seungho has everything the teacher wants, yet the teacher has the one thing that Seungho is starting to want very badly.

This will probably motivate Na-Kyum to help spy for the teacher.

Yes, it means he stripped him but we don't know yet what went on. The author is a very skilled trickster. It's a common trick in a story. Show a character about to murder someone. Then flash to someone lying on the ground looking like they've been stabbed (but they are covered with someone to hide any sight of a wound) only to reveal in the next chapter that the person didn't stab them. Only came close.

It's a trick to keep the readers hooked and reading. I am not saying whether it did or didn't. My opinion is that it didn't. This chapter showed Yoon pull the kid against his hips but not actual penetration. It does a lot to really really make us think it happened without showing that it happened.

This author has never shied from the graphic details of sex before, yet now is leaving it ambiguous? That likely means it didn't go that far but she wants her readers to keep reading to find out the truth.

So my opinion is that it didn't. Next chapter will reveal who got it right. So place your bet!
