I'd honestly be VERY surprised if the author actually brings children into this. 9 times out of 10, authors just use the omegaverse concept for the added primal pheromones-factor to the sex/plot.
(Not to mention the fact that, from an evolutionary standpoint, a man getting pregnant through his ass and requiring a c-section to give birth is the most impossible and utterly ridiculous thing I've ever heard *facepalm* lol)

To anyone thinking doyun should get pregnant now. Stop please. This really isn't the correct time for doyun. And they aren't even that old as per my perspective that they should have children. I did rather I get to see the children at the ending. This is just my opinion though so ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
