Well--after uke met with the alpha, he seems to start getting symptoms of heat and such, coming in irregular times. While he was walking in a street, it suddenly came around. A bystander notices and before he could ask what was wrong, uke runs off to an alley but then he gets cornered by the same bystander who is now influenced by his pheromones. Well, before anything could happen, seme comes in and injects some sort of medicine into the bystander, not sure if it was to make him fall asleep or an inhibitor.
So right after--the seme gathers up the uke and heads off somewhere, not sure to his home or hotel but there, uke's heat comes back again or maybe the seme's rut strikes so they ended up fucking. To me--it seemed like rape? Possibly dub-con, I'm not sure because the uke ran away after, but I'm not sure if it's because he snapped out of his heat and realized he got raped or because when the same came in for the bite, he stopped himself and that made the uke feel rejected. Not sure. But a chapter later, they seemed to be discussing about what recently happened and try to settle things. Stuff happens and cliffy.
