It's such a well-worn cliché in these romances where the dude's best friend starts out as a wingman but ends up as the crush's (or even boyfriend's) "best male friend" who then develops feelings for the girl and decides to make her his girlfriend. Hope it ain't so here but it sure is starting out that way with his aggressiveness.
This fellow Shou, what are his intentions? Is he really trying to help out his friend, or is he in it just for another conquest himself? Sure seems to be aggressively familiar with Muscle-girl after just meeting her.
