Idk I feel like they are still very compatible and that they truly have some love for each other despite Red being fishy and possibly manipulating Orange but IM STILL HOLDING ON TO HOPE that he actually loves Orange in his heart
How can they be compatible when they are two parts of the same person it's not plausible. Its basically like he is having sex/being in a relationship with himself minus the personality trait that orange has. I dont think Red necessarily loves orange to be honest he knows that he is the weakest link in my opinion
