Forgot the chapter but heil is watching over him. Also he has been stealing Khaol's wives.
With what happened to Khaol and River, Heil got his chance and shifts to pretend as Khaol.
Luckily river was not that stupid to not notice.
i understood most of what went on despite the pages not being in order, but could someone explain when tf heil got into the mix? when did he switch places with khaol?
