Those are Oryu's OCs. Not Jyun and Chiwoo.
They just have similar facial features but not the other details (i.e piercings). A post was made about it.

i've read soooo many manga/manhua/manhwas that i can already guess who chiwoo's gonna pick in the end. but still, sISTER! i'm still hoping for him to pick kyujin ggrr (っ˘╭╮˘)っ
and before this manhwa i think the author have so many art and scenes for chiwoo and jihyun(?) so yep
