He never liked Jihyun in that way though. He said he misses him. He were really close and best friends. They were together all the time. That doesn’t mean he loves him in a romantic way. And it’s as Jally said above, he compared them because Kyujin is getting attached similar to Jihyun was to him and that made him worried cause he doesn’t want the same thing to happen. The huge difference however is the personality between Kyujin and Jihyun. I think Kyujin will confess his feelings and Chinwoo will slowly open up to Kyujin. Unlike Jihyun who assumes Chinwoo knows his feelings and forces himself on him plus beats him up when he got rejected.
