I know this will read as unpopular.

I am not sure about laws in S. Korea. In the US what the CEO is doing is sexual harassment. I just had to take a course in this at work a few months ago. A person in a position of power demanding sexual favors from someone who reports to them is against the law. The CEO is demanding sex to promote the movie. That's against the law in the US and probably in S. Korea too. This reminds me of the #MeToo movement. Everyone keeps blaming Wonho. However, I feel like he is the victim here. Don't get me wrong. I am glad the boyfriend broke-up and started dating the model/actor. Wonho was a shitty boyfriend. However, what both the CEO's are doing right now is despicable.

No amount of fame or fortune should make one lose their dignity. Wonho is a grown man. He had to choice to leave when the choice of sexual favours for put out to him, but he chose to stay to acquire fame. You can’t really hold the CEO responsible for everything. They should all be held responsible for this current mess.

I am not excusing his actions betraying his partner. However, to discount the leverage an employer has over an employee is missing the point of my post. It is illegal. Nonetheless, I expected this type of response. That is why my post included unpopular in the title.

Though do take note that if he did suddenly say no, the CEO could get angry and expose the "sexual favors" early on destroying Wonho's life and career.

Exactly! Even in a job where the whole world isn't watching, unemployment is terrifying. Finding a new job is easier written than done. In this case, not realistic.
