I warmly thanks the people who translated this beautiful manga, I fell in love with it so much that I bought both the manga and the DRAMA CD (the voices of Hishimoto-san and Yuki-kun are absolutely fantastic! Even the background music is really beautiful ) I read on the official page of sensei Ueda Aki, who released the first chapter of the sequel. I hope someone can translate it and upload it ...
