Somebody tell me who the fuck is FL's fated partner if it's not the ML?

In the novel it was in chap 1 something about hes building a wall of ice around his heart.
Maybe thats a reason he dont have the creast of god, until this wall melt? (He beginns to trust love?)

I read that a god cursed him so his mark isn’t showing/glowing when female lead is near him or smth bc the god was vengeful? I’m not sure but I read that a god interfered between the ml and female lead ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
