I just want to read something fantasy without unnecessary romance... with good characters and good plot... and touching friendship bonds. I've read so much romance I'm tired of it. Any recs?

Maybe Snow White with the red hair?
It’s got romance but there’s also a lot of friendship + the relationship between the couple is not very lovey dovey and it focuses a lot on their friendship instead :D
