Oh geez. It looks like they only replaced some of the times they say “heat” with “rut” but not all of them.
And speaking of the changes in translation, I noticed Doyun says to the doctor that he thinks Taehan was trying to spend his heat with another omega (obviously not true), but he wasn’t that specific in the translation from Dream. As I don’t read Korean, I’m not sure if that’s something they added in or if he actually said it. But it seems there are a lot of commenters freaking out about it XD

In the raw, he didn’t mention any other omega, he just said: he going to go (some)where to take care of it, but not me. Since I’m not really good in English so I don’t know how to make that sentence sound more natural, the Lezhin translator added “with another omega” to make it sound more like "English", I think
Thank you! I always love your insights into the translations. Not everything flows well or makes sense if you just take it word for word from one language and put it into another. Translators always take some liberties.
I was really hoping the word “rut” was used instead of “heat”. Since they are different between alphas and omegas, I think it makes more sense to use a different word. Not that it’s a big deal or anything but I was a little surprised by the translation. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
