In few repetitive images, NK is shown like this and anyone can tell it (even if they knows nothing about art etc...), telling this is not true is just denying facts.
Byeonduck perfectly knows how to convey emotions through her characters, this is Author-Nim's strongest point and she doesn't hesitate to convey each emotions/traits that appears in each character even during such terrible situation (rape).
So even if it may sound horrible to people, I'm not even surprised that a Fujoshi would scream such thing here.

Despite being raped and forced to deepthroat and swallow Seungho's (the rapist) semen, NK is still shown like this - like he's still feeling so much for Seungho.
