Time has passed he is 16, they have a four year gap between them and he asked her to wait until he is a man
Ohh okay I must have missed that time skip. I thought Alejendro was still 14 and Ibelina 18
I still want what you say to happen, maybe I'm a sadist but I want her fired and him to find her but I still want him to be older than 16. I feel like if she is fired he might be told that she quit so I hope if that dose happed someone clears up the misunderstanding.

Here's what I HOPE happens. Lady Elaine removes Ibelina from the manor to separate her from Alejendro. Ibelina thinks it's a good idea to put some distance between herself and Alejendro because she knows he's about to meet the new love interest soon anyway. After a few years pass Alejendro is an adult, but still only has eyes for Ibelina. Ultimately Ibelina allows herself to fall in love and be with Alejendro. I just can't deal with 14 year old Alejendro being all lovey dovey with Ibelina and looking like a 25 year old man
