What's gonna happen when the Omega goes into heat? Kinda hard to be tachi when your body wants to get pregnant.

    I think it's all about instinct in this manga. His instinct or whatever wants to top, so I would guess during his heat he would want the bottom to get pregnant from him in a way its still wanting to get pregnant just expressed in a different way. Well I think
