in an older chapter (like over 100 chapters ago), around the time they first met he tian once told mo “I didn’t want you to like me more and more” because at the beginning, he tian and mo mutually didn’t get along but after a while of hanging out and getting to know mo and seeing his cute reactions, he tian gained feelings for mo as we can obviously see. so that’s why the note in his jacket says that what he told him back then was now a lie. essentially in chapter 306 he tian is saying that he DOES want mo to like him more and more.
