It's been a while but I believe the mc has glasses, he gets drunk and wihsed on the moon and ended up in another world. the new world has people with animal ears and tails and the chief who is park jaguar or big cat tricks him in to eating a fruit and drinking a wine that makes him get pregnant? sounds crazy but it was good
