basically blonde comes from a semi rich family who needs to latch on to the blue haired dude to get extra wealth/prestige. he tries very hard to be blue haired dude’s friend and succeeds but he accidentally ends up being *too* obsessed with him. their relationship has an obvious power imbalance and blonde wants to be as important to the blue haired dude and he is to blonde. so he and blue haired dudes mother invents something that can literally manipulate the human mind. this gets out and ruins blue haired dude’s reputation and the company. regardless, blonde puts the blue haired dude under that machine and erases his memories temporarily. he puts him in a situation where the only reliable trustworthy person in that mind scale is himself because he wants to see if he. an ever get blue haired dude to fully *trust* him. none of the flashbacks or the people in the mindscape are actually real — blonde only created them to fuck with the blue haired dude. anyway, somehow after blue haired dude wakes up he realizes he can’t live without the blonde or whatever and they get back together. the end
