The reason why the Duke's arm regenarated was because rae used the bell that she got from her grandpa (lol) to heal his arm but that bell was also the thing that would kinda help rae live or protect her (idk i forgot what the bell was for). So the duke's arm healing makes sense. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I think Raeliana(now) was oblivious of that fact at first, as far as I could recall from reading the novel. Hiika did not provide her any deets. Raeliana in Beatrice's body would kill for that.

Raeliana confessed that she came from another world to Duke Wyknight who lost his left arm from the explosion. She said she was guilty that Noah getting hurt was the result of her changing the future.
