I also thought that there was a way to explore feelings and generate empathy without going there. There are so many possible plots out there.

One scene that you don't appreciate doesn't make it trash! That scene's not suppose to be entertaining, It's supposed to he painful! Rape happens in real life you know. Don't expect everything to go perfectly.
When you use rape in a smut comic it’s cheap and fucking dumb, don’t try to act like this series was supposed to be immensely deep from the get go. This isn’t any Beserk or Gantz. The author wanted to the focus of it to be smug why the fuck would you soil it all and turn off readers with horrid rape scenes. And sorry if I’m triggered but some of us are for a good fucking reason you know?
Amen. I hated that scene as well. The artist literally advertised this series as mainly smut with a mature side. I’m so damn tired of people suddenly trying to make the series something else and throwing in rape to just make it more mature and ‘deep’. Don’t they see the irony in that? Did they not expect it to turn off readers who were just expecting some complex porn? i mean when you set your characters into a plot where they eagerly just wanna fuck eachother 24/7 with eechi scenes every chapter, there’s a million other ways to better or deepen the plot of mature and dark content without rape.
“Don’t expect everything to go perfectly” no I expected a comic that was set on the premise of being mainly porn with fucking only being the way to save them with magical powers would be beyond gang rape scenes. Do you get what I’m saying? Real life? Lmaooo was this story imitating real life and so philosophically deep? No, ITS A DAMM EROTIC COMIC FIRST AND FOREMOST. You have to see the issue of throwing in rape when you advertise your series as a slightly mature erotic fantasy love story. It’s just gross. It did nothing for the plot overall.
Thought this was initially a charming and interesting bara comic but the gang rape scenes are beyond fucking horrible and disgusting. Regret reading this trash.
