I could spend more time on him, but what he does really hurts sometimes. He knows it does, too. Whenever I say sorry, he replies that he doesn't care. Like... I told him that it hurts. He still does it. And he doesn't know the word thank you or sorry. No thank you when I got him a gift and made him an awfully complex pop up card. Exact same thing happened for valentines... in his defense, I said that there was no need to do anything big, but I thought he would maybe buy cheap chocolate... On ig, he untagged himself in every photo I posted of him. And he doesn't have any photos of me posted. I asked him and he said that he doesn't want anyone to see.... See what? Me? ╥﹏╥ I know this is me being too sensitive. Sigh.
Being too sensitive?? Please tell me you’re joking lol honey you have every right to feel that way. Like what the previous person said, you deserve better. Much better. He doesn’t appreciate you so why waste your time. I know this sounds heartbreaking but you need to let go and move on. If you don’t you will be blocking your blessings from finding someone who loves and appreciate you. You’ll find someone who makes it their DUTY to make sure to put a smile on your face. You will find someone who is willing to do ANYTHING for you without you telling them. Trust me, it’ll just come naturally. You may not know me but I’ve been down that road and I only ended up getting nothing but regret, pain and misery out of it. Ugh wtf I’m so pissed! Fuck it, just drop his @, I just wanna talk!
PREACH! Exactly you deserve someone who actually seems to put an effort into your relationship. My own friend treats me better and seems to be more considerate than what your boyfriend is doing rn. Of course you can vent if you’d like I always like to lend an ear to someone. But take this from me as an outsider as you will, you deserve more from your relationship than what this guy seems to be giving you. You seem like an awesome person and if they can’t see that well then they can suck it because you are more important than their need to be petty.
<3 Thank you so much, it means a lot. Truly! I would move on, but I'm still in HS (not much longer though... yay) and our schedules are nearly identical. He's more popular/goodlooking/athletic/smart than me (and a foot taller too. lol), and ppl say that he could have had any girl, why her? she's just average. Maybe also smartish, but everything else is so mediocre compared to him.
I'm hoping everything will be better once corona passes. He's nicer in person irl vs. online, so I have hope. (Im going to talk with him soon, too.) When we weren't dating, he was so perfect, but sometimes I wonder if thats because he was the first guy who liked me who I liked back.
But I promise you, if I'm not happy with our relationship after we get to meet irl this summer, I'll let go of him.
