Ehh, she's an awful lot like how some people are when they see celebrities or famous people in general. I do agree that what she did was annoying, but at least she didn't actually have any ill intentions, and obviously reflected quite seriously after Arito admonished her for her actions. (Of course that's not an excuse; but at least she realized she was in the wrong and felt badly about it.)
Unlike some people, even in the real world, who seem to take it as a given that famous people 'belong' to everyone, and even become defensive when those people get mad or irritated by their actions. In this case, the wolf girl even asked permission to pet Snow rather than just jumping on her! (Somehow I just thought of the Shrek 4 movie - how the father actually said something like "I believe you owe my son a roar" - just how entitled can you get!!!!!)
