someone wrote in the comments that it gets really dark from the next chapter, and they compared it to school days dark, where the characters are bubbly, but the plot is "PTSD" dark. But they said it's less dark than school days, so...
This is actually really good??? The MC is very likable. The ML isn't an asshole. The mother in law is a sweet heart. The ML's retainers are nice people. The plot is simple and fun. I feel like I've found a gem amongst cardboard cutouts.
Ah, blessed. May it continue to be a fun read.
