His parent's real gender is male but only his lycan gender is female, he still has a dick, his genes are male, he just releases female lycan pheromones (note that he wouldn't be able to give birth if the seme's father didn't give him the drugs to experiment). If that is how it is, then shouldn't he have part of his lycan characteristic?

No I understood the question. I realize one can be a human male and a female lycan like hwagok. Hwagok needed the drugs because his partner was essentially sterile as a dead being. I think if hwagok could transform he would have all female wolf parts and if he chose Ino he would have been able to get pregnant without the drugs. Evidently there are specialized hospitals for lycans. This is just my theory.

But a person can't be half female or half male---it is an all or nothing thing for humans or for lycans; human guys are XY. X for female and Y for male, they just carry the genes but don't exhibit the female characteristics. I think you are over-thinking things.

I don't understand why you think he would have had to go full female with the male lycan. There's no indication of that in the manga. Actually, the fact he got wet from his ass indicates this isn't the case.

People IRL are born with male and female characteristics all the time. It's not an all or nothing (at least IRL). They're called 'intersex' and it's as common as people born with red hair. Which isn't common, but still works out to a lot of people.
