It really is still up for debate as we only know the mc's side of the story, so much could've happened and we'll have no idea until later or the mc's view could be all there really is and the ml should be castrated so that his bloodline will die out...But we won't know until later. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I just see all these comments already calling for his death and I've still to judge him yet since there really isn't enough evidence to prove his character. I'm not about to judge this from one side personally, for all I know the mistress filled the ml's head with lies that estranged him from the mc's sister time and time again. For all I know, said mistress take advantage of his blind love to manipulate him and he has no clue because he's so deeply in love he doesn't question the mistress who's probably a white lotus type. Who may be like "poor me I'd never hurt a fly~" while trying her best to kill anyone who gets in her way. But that's what I assume may happen, the ml may just be an arrogant king led astray or a arrogant psychopath no one can save and mc should avoid like the plague. But I guess we will see.
