Are there times when the character names get switched??? Like we're supposed to be in the internal thought process of Izumi but he's referring to Shinoya as "Izumi"???

Just you buddy.
I think what happened was, sometimes they'd show their thoughts at teacher same time so it gets confusing.
At least I think so, or I might just be tripping.
