I saw 31 too. Were 28-30 posted at all or did they decide to skip and jump to 31?

a random group skipped to 31. chapters 28-33 are coming soon from September Scans, as they just announced on their website (volume 6 released March 26; it also comes with a 30-page AU of "If Sasaki and Miyano were roommates" which will also be scanalted).
