The sister knew. She knew her brother so much (she had a brother complex as stated). So I am sure she did not have any regrets leaving since she knew brother will be happy eventually with her husband.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
I think she knew, and approves. I took her blossoming tree as a sign.
As much as I liked the drama, I felt unbearably sad all throughout the story especially when they were in bed. It's enough pain to cause harm for someone you love, but just imagine how painful it is to hurt someone who is already gone. You can't apologize directly and they also cannot hand you their forgiveness either. Hurting someone in heaven is a guilt so hard to carry.
